The ER was very unprofessional!! My dad was yelled at by a tech, a nurse referred to him as this guy(instead of this patient or mr.****) like she didn't know his chart, the nurses station was treated like a play station,(all gathered around laughing playing on their phones), a nurse came around a corner dancing and singing her a little tune about finally getting rid of her some patients � my dad was carried by ambulance with systems of a stroke and was released and ruled as a sinus infection. The doctors were very sweet, and very concerned about my babies. When I was walking to my truck, the security guard, Officer Swain put myself and my two littles in a wheelchair and wheeled us to the parking deck at almost 2am this morning! He stood there until I got both kids bucked in, and was in myself. Thank you Officer Swain!! (If I am wrong about the name, I apologize)
