When you have an issue with a nurse from labor and delivery and try to be tactful and speak with a patient advocate, but they refuse to return a phone call makes one wonder if Tanner really cares or just sees patients as liabilities.
RecommendedDr Stanfill is amazing. Really takes the time to listen to you and answer all your questions. She goes beyond to help. Glad shes my Dr.
I will never no to this facility again!! I took my 13 year old son in for a ear and sinus infections d was offered a Z-PAC. Z-PACs do not work and that seems to be what the go to medication is for everything. When you voice your opinion about getting another antibiotic that does work they refuse to call it in and even argue with you about it. I know what works for my children and what doesn't.
RecommendedI live in Bremen but will drive to this urgent care facility. They are so much better and more attentive to you than the Bremen urgent care. I will bring my whole family to this facility before I even go to Bremen. Even the hospital in Bremen is crap compared to this Urgent care. Love the doctors and the nurses here. Thank you for all y'all do.

I went into the ER a few months ago and was diagnosed incorrectly. Then was charged by that Dr. anyway and had to pay. Earlier this evening my 5 yr old granddaughter was taken in because her sister had jumped on her face. It was badly swollen and red. This is the same side that had all her bones broken from a fall off a balcony a few years ago. She was life flighted to Children's hospital. She should have been seen when her mother told them. Just helped a patient change his bed sheets because they had not been changed since he got here 5 days ago. they swear he has had a second scan when he has only had the one he got in the er. Another patient was left on the bed pan for over an hour the night following her surgery. There are some sweet nurses here, but most are smart alecs.
