always got me in pretty quickly
Business response:
We appreciate it.
Worst 9 hours ever sister waiting’ on sonogram to be done and these nurses are awful on this second floor 2nd shift really bad bedside manners and short with patient finally around 8:30 they come in and tell her the test is rescheduled for in a.m. she’s been at hospital since 9 or 10 a.m the nursing technician Tristen was the most helpful with answering our questions at least she returned to give us answers. What happened to nurses that truly cared about patients

my daughter (6weeks) was admitted into tanner with RSV. She was in bad shape. I have never in my life experienced such great service from a hospital ! the nurses were wonderful ! they treated me with respect and listen to my opinion ! So helpful .
When you have an 8AM appointment and more than an hour later you still have not received the shot you are scheduled to have and the reason you are provided is... “Well Monday’s Wednesday’s and Friday’s are our busiest days”. Then why book the appointments so close together on those days? You know other people have jobs they need to get to.
Business response:
We are happy to have someone call you about your experience. Please send us your contact info and tell us what department or practice your wait was in.
they're not very thorough in checking to see what is wrong with you and what it causes. In addition if you have a history of mental illness or drug addiction they will automatically assume these are your problem and it's not something physical. diagnosed with Graves disease with my heart racing and difficult breathing but until recently they did not help. There are few doctors there that know what they're doing and have the bed sidemanners to be effective.
When you have an appointment for your daughter to get a monthly shot and you have been waiting over an hour and still have not received a shot. It is ridiculous especially when you have to do this once a month. No regards to missing school for her and you missing work. What is even better is when you are called back to finally get your shot and they don’t have the correct paperwork. You have to call your Doctor and have them re-fax it because they can’t find it. So you wait another 30 minutes for that.
Tonight we ended up in the ER with our 5 month old son - his final diagnosis was bronchitis and pink eye. We would like to give a huge thank you to Dr. Alton & our nurse Angie for keeping our minds and ease and explaining everything for us step by step. The patience shown from these women was more than what we have ever been shown. Thank you so much!
Business response:
Thank you!
Alisha Miller, an RN in the ER is absolutely the best nurse I've ever seen. She's the most compassionate and sincere nurse I've ever had. Tanner is very blessed to have her. I can't say enough great things about her and I appreciate everything she did for me while I was there.
