A joke! A complete joke! The ER staff treats you like crap. You wait hours for absolutely no reason. They have a terrible habit of forgetting you are even there. Villa Rica is normally where I go and I live 2 or 3 minutes from Carrollton. It seems they invested more into making the building beautiful than getting a quality staff. If I could rate any lower I most definitely would.
They are just too slow you can call them it would take them 30minute to almost an hour. Speed up a little bit.
Great nurses and doctors. They are taking good care my son.
I was met at the emergency room by nurses that did their job so the Dr. could tell what was happening . It did not take long to get me in a room when Dr. admitted me to hospital. The nurses on the 4th floor were fantastic they gave excellent care. All departments were very good. My meals were always delivered hot. Made my recovery quicker.
