This place is horrible. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half, and then when I get back there, the nurse was not that friendly, and the Dr. was rude. She told me she would call in my antibiotics, but never did. I had to call back the next day, and the staff stated there was an error calling it in, but that she would check with a nurse to see if she would MIND calling it in. Really???!!! This place is a waste of time and money. I am really disappointed in their service.
It is a joke. Took both of kids and wasted my time and money. Went on a Sunday and still had to go see our doctor on Monday.
Even though the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful the doctor did NOT show up today. I was there close to opening time with my sick daughter and waited.....no doctor! Sent to Carrollton location. Ridiculous.
I have been to Tanner Urgent Care many times and always have a good experience when seeing Dr. Berg. She takes her time with me and really makes sure she finds out exactly what kind of treatment I need before I leave. The wait time is worth it when I get to see her. She is kind and the type of doctor you want to see after waiting for so long. I can't say much about the other doctor there as she is very rushy and does not listen at all. These 5 stars are specifically for the care I get under Dr. Berg.
