This has undoughtedly been the worst experience at any hospital I have ever been at! You cant get a nurse you cant get help with anything! You cant get meds especially if you're thriving in pain. Or a simple muscle relaxer to relieve cramps from constant lasix! I'd rather be dead!
Thank you to all the staff at Carrollton Urgent Care for your help today with my sick baby boy. (He tested positive for flu.) Everyone was so helpful, professional, worked as quickly as possible, and were very comforting. One of the nurses was telling me that her little girl tested positive for flu today as well. However, she was still at work, caring for my baby, & making him as comfortable as possible. I am very thankful for all you ladies that were with us today.
