What wonderful service we received at Tanner’s urgent care in Carrollton. Everyone was incredible; that really counts when you or a family member doesn’t feel well. We were informed of the wait time when we signed in. They managed to see us 45 minutes earlier than expected. As crazy as this flu season has been that is impressive. Will definitely use them in the future.
Wait time in the ER is ridiculous, with so many steps. They would rather let you suffer in the waiting room than move faster or have more people working there.

It took 4hours to be seen. Already knew I had the flu, I was went to confirm and get Tamiflu. So after being there 4 hrs in the waiting room, I get forgotten about after the dr looked at me. Just left me there. They were confused why I was still in the room. They forgot to release me! Went to go get my Tamiflu and they did not call it in. By this time they were closed. The next day was passed the 48hr window so is was then pointless. So in conclusion I still feel like a train hit me.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Parrish. He is the absolute best. The reasons for 3 stars are: 1) It takes 10-30 minutes to get through to someone on the phone. It's faster to drive from Carrollton to Bremen than to call their office, and 2) some of the time, they call in the wrong prescriptions to Walgreens et al, making us have to call their office AGAIN (another 10-30 minutes on hold). Please fix your phone system and pay more attention to the accuracy of prescription-related operations.
