Dr. Kalantar is the most professional, dedicated, thorough, and knowledgeable surgeon I have ever met. At the same time, he has a humble, kind, and patient bed-side manner which is not always typical of a surgeon of his caliber. He saw me on-time every time I had an appointment and never appeared rushed even when he had a fully packed schedule. I am so grateful for his treatment and fully trust that the healthcare recommendations he makes are in my best interest. Thank you Dr. Kalantar.

After my friend's referral and a few visits as my "second-opinion" surgeon, it was clear that I should have Dr. Kalantar as my primary provider for my spine issues. I've been a patient for 5 years, 2 surgeries (separate injuries). Always professional and personable, he clearly defined my conditions, treatment options and recovery expectations. He always answered my questions in detail with a patient-centered focus and the objective of getting me back to my normal activities and routines.
Dr. Kalantar is the most talented and caring doctor I have ever seen. He inspires confidence and delivers excellent results. I feel I am in exceptionally skilled hands. I had lived with pain for a year and a half and I felt like I won the golden ticket with Dr. Kalantar. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my question. He made me feel like his only patient during my appointments with him. After my ACDF with him, I can see a positive future without pain.
Dr. Kalantar performed a successful microdiscectomy on my lower back. Initially, I was undecided as to which type of doctor I should use between a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic and am glad I chose Dr. Kalantar. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent bedside manner that explains the process clearly. His staff is wonderful, super friendly and willing to help with any questions.
