Great front office staff (Nina). The Dr. (Robyn Dragoo) was so bad I asked her to keep the prescription and I would just leave. I just wanted to leave and forget I made the mistake of trying her office out. She refused and demanded payment. So $145 later, I still need to make another eye dr. appointment somewhere else to get what I need. I just wanted a standard prescription for safety glasses at work, not a full on progressive lens prescription. She wouldn’t listen, she just kept talking down to me.
Very pleasant experience being a patient here. Dr. Dragoo spends a good amount of time answering any questions and concerns. She prescribed me progressive lenses to help reduce how much my lazy eye turns inward, and they have helped tremendously. Looking forward to starting vision therapy here soon.
Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Dragoo for three years now. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. Dr. Dragoo is exceptionally good at what she does—discovering eye issues two of our children had and providing vision therapy to cure them of their issues. Dr. Dragoo is a amazing Dr. that really cares and listens to her patients. I had Graves Ted’s disease of the eyes. And not only did she see me every step of the way through it. But I also seen her wonderful staff for vision therapy. With their wisdom and help it completely shortened the recovery process significantly less. So I highly recommend everyone at the office. Great team
I mentioned having floaters as part of routine eye-exam, and found out later that my insurance was billed $160, my credit card was authorized without informing me and when I questioned the charge, they gave me the run around.
