I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. This office is kid friendly, offering a small play area and reading materials. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I couldn't believe how great the kids exam room was set up. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment
