Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time
