Not that I have seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? They were average Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed
