While Dr. Galpin knew what he was doing, he was easily one of the most impolite doctors I've ever gone to. The day I got my cast removed, after 2 previous visits he had no idea who I was and why I was there. Not only was he rude to me but to his staff as well. Im not really sure why he's working with kids as it seems comforting is not his strong suit. Dr. Galpin was my inspiration to do my rehab exercises and try as hard as I could at physical therapy just so I wouldn't have to revisit him.
I was send to UB orthopedics and saw Dr. Galpin for my daughter who had a elbow injury. We had x-rays taken at one of there other locations but they could not get access to them ????? The Dr was very rude and acted like he could not be bothered with us , I would not recommend him at all .. Extremely rude .
He was recommended to me by the pediatrician, and we got an immediate appointment with him. However, I would not recommend him at all. He was rude, would not listen to what my 16 year old daughter was saying, and told me to sit down when I was trying to view the X-ray as he was explaining the results. We will not even go back to him for the follow up appointment. I will go to back to Northtown Orthopedics, Dr Peter Gambacorta,who is excellent, very professional and listens to his patients.
