I have seen Dr. Pigg since he started his practice there. Always been impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is easy to talk to, listens carefully and the visit is generally a very pleasant experience.
I would recommend Dr. Pigg to anyone needing an attentive family physician. I have multiple medical problems and I feel very confident placing my care with Dr Pigg and his staff.
Dr. Pigg may be a good physician however he has the worst most unprofessional office staff I have EVER encountered.
My grandmother asked for a referral to a genetic counselor due to her daughter having breast cancer and finding that she had BRCA2. This mutation is hereditary, and she may be at risk of developing cancer herself. Dr. Pigg said he would see. After dragging his feet for months, he said he didn't think it would be helpful. She got tested anyway and found that she did have the mutation. She now has cancer directly linked the mutation he refused to help her with, delaying proactive steps.
Great visit. He was detailed oriented. Glad I found a good doctor!
