Dr. Bass is an excellent physician who listens to you and provide clear and understandable explanations.
I haven't had the chance to speak with Dr Bass yet but I did call this morning. The receptionist called back in less than 2 hours and was absolutely charming and very helpful. So maybe the person who wrote the bad review spoke with someone else.
