They refuse to accept transfer patients from the other nearby Capital Women's Care location due to "office policy." This is really a dumb policy and it is actually infuriating. I haven't had a good experience at the other location and I was looking for something more suitable. Thanks for saving me the trip to your inconsiderate practice with your stupid "office policy"!
Do not waste your time here if you are pregnant. My previous doctor sent a referral to Capital Women's Care, and this clinic literally called and left me a voicemail instructing me to make an appointment. But when I called back to book, they completely turned me away, claiming Dr. Ran Xie does not accept any pregnancy or prenatal patients at all and only handles standard medical check-ups. Dr. Ran Xie is an excellent OB-GYN. She is professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. She takes time to listen and explains everything clearly, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her.
