Both my husband and I have been to Dr. Deshmukh he has done surgery on both of us neither of us would have another Dr for shoulder problems. He is considerate thorough and we think the best in his field..
On vacation I hurt both shoulders playing golf 6 straight days. After an MRI on each I was told that I had separated a tendon and mussel on my left and had bone spurs on my right. Surgery on the left was scheduled before Christmas and started my recovery over the holiday. I have had three knee replacements and understand joint surgery recovery pain. This was nowhere near the pain I experienced with my knees. Dr. "D" and the PT staff have taken wonderful care of me and I recommend them highly.
The care provided for me by Dr. Deshmukh and his staff was superior! They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and respected my time and questions. Gabby’s efficiency, P.A. Ryan’s ready answers to my questions and Dr. Deshmukh’s calming manner gave me a great deal of confidence going in to my successful rotator cuff operation. One medical office anomaly surprised me; Dr. Deshmukh’s staff saw me within 10 minutes of my appointment time!
Dr. Deshmukh has treated me for my both knees problems and operated on both knees. He listens to you and he explain the problem and remedy in details. He is not only excellent and brilliant surgeon, he is also patient carrying doctor. He also has excellent medical staff. He and his staff takes time in going over procedure during the visit. I am thankful to him and his staff for taking care of my knees problems. I strongly recommend to any one to consult him for your orthopedic needs.
Dr Deshmukh provided me with a new knee on Nov 30, 2017. While this was the first major surgery for me, Dr Deshmukh and his associates explained the process in such a way that I my fears were allayed and my questioned were answered thoroughly. The surgery went as planned and I'm pleased to report that by doing what was suggested, my recovery has been ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Dr Deshmukh for knee replacement surgery. I recently had a reverse total shoulder replacement with Dr. Deshmukh which I was told was a very difficult surgery and to expect some limitations. However, I literally have had no pain, complete mobility and the easiest recovery you can imagine. I would highly recommend both Dr. Deshmukh and Southeast Orthopedics specialists to improve your lifestyle.
Dr. Deshmukh is a wonderful and talented surgeon. He is very caring and personable. He performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder last summer and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Dr. Deshmukh and his staff.
He was referred to me by another Dr. because my shoulder was too difficult for him to do. Also, I had other friends who had their surgery done by Dr. Deshmukh and they were all giving him 5 stars. I would recommend Dr. Deshmukh to anyone needing surgery of a difficult nature. Outstanding results of the surgery with little to no pain. Surgery consisted of shoulder replacement with removal of bone spurs and repair of muscle tissues due to the bone spurs.
The level of expertise and well organized care planning was outstanding. Dr. Deshmukh called me the night before surgery to see if I had any questions. I found everyone to be very responsive and caring. I was getting my rehab with another provider and didn't have a good experience. When I asked to be transferred to SE Ortho PT department, the transfer went smoothly and the PT experience with Joe in Orange Park was exceptional. I have full function back after rotator cuff repair.
