In addition to being a phenomenal surgeon, Dr. Deshmukh is a very caring individual. He personally called ( not an assistant, but Dr. Desmukh himself ) my wife and me the evening before surgery. He performed rotator cuff surgery on my wife 3 years ago and on me this year. My wife plays tennis and shows no limitations from the surgery. Dr. Deshmukh repaired a massive rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder. A few months later I am pain free and have full range of motion on my right arm. Dr. Deshmukh is a talented surgeon who cares about his patients. I am very pleased with my choice to use Dr. Deshmukh as my Surgeon.
In August 2019 Dr. Deshmukh replaced by right knee. This was my third joint replacement since 2013 with him as my surgeon. I'm extremely pleased with him, his PA and his office assistant and SEO's Therapy team. I healed very well and finished PT a month ahead of schedule. Had had a surgery 10 months earlier with no success. Meet Dr. Deshmukh and a total reverse shoulder replacement was what was recommended!!! Best decision I’ve made. Before, I had a bone spur and tears and very bad Arthritis left from the surgery before. Range of motion is the best it’s been in 5 years. There’s things I know I might not do anymore but I’m ok with that. Glad there’s no more pain!!
Dr. Deshmukh performed a total knee replacement to my left knee. The surgery was outpatient and I was able to walk to Physical therapy the next day. I returned to work in two weeks with limited duties. I was at 100% in 3 months. Dr. Deshmukh and his team did a wonderful job and the would highly recommended them to anyone.
I have had both shoulders done with a total reverse shoulder replacement. I have great range of motion and am without pain. Both surgeries left me with manageable pain in weeks and no pain within two months. I can reach above my head and behind my back which is much more that most doctors in this field expect. If I wasn't out of shoulders to replace I would not hesitate to call on Dr. Deshmukh. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I was a patient of Dr. Deshmukh for approximately one year. Diagnosis was total shoulder replacement for both right and left shoulder. Most of my appointments were with his PA as Deshmukh seemed to spend quite a bit of time doing speaking engagements. I developed bone spurs and severe arthritis in my right shoulder, resulting in the severing of the bicep tendon, excruciating pain and almost total loss of mobility.
