Went for a skin check. Never saw anyone do an exam so fast I’m my life! ( and I’ve been a nurse for 38 years! ) Puts you on a plastic exam table with the back open and no paper on the table. An that be any more disgusting? Did not seem to be very interested unless she was making more money for taking something off. Would not recommend
The office is very clean, staff very professional, polite, efficient. Dr Thakker's is very thorough, honest when she told me when she was going to freeze my biopsy spot and it would sting and burn and knowing in advance it was helpful. I feel very comfortable going to Dr Thakker I made the right decision to go to her she is very smart knowledgeable . She is the best dermatologist I have gone to.
My husband and I are very happy with Dr. Thakker’s care and treatment.
Dr. Thakker once again proved her lack of care for her patients. I’ve been misguided since the beginning of what was supposed to be an 8 week treatment. After six weeks she said it’s gone only to have to come back 2 more times. I was upset with the way she had misguided & treated me so a review was written about her. Dr. Thakker is a doctor who fails to deliver on patient care. As someone who has struggled with skin conditions my whole life, I come to Monarch and usually see Dr. Bhatnagar who is great! Dr. Thakker left me in tears after my examination. I was trying to explain to her the creams I was using and my everyday routine that was previously recommended to me, but she berated me and made me feel uneducated. I had a MOHs procedure today with Dr. Thakker..( not my 1st time!) as always, I was treated professionally and respectfully, in a timely manner. Doc and her staff are excellent and fully explain whatever type of procedure you might be having, and what to expect afterwards as far as recovery goes. If you are having any kind of dermatological issues I can highly recommend utilizing the services of this office!
My wife and I are very happy with Dr. Priya Thakker. She is very thorough. She takes time to explain what's going on. My wife just had Mohs Surgery in November 2018. We can't believe how good she looks in a short time. Dr. Thakker has been taking care of me for a couple of years now. I go every 6 months for my check ups. She is a wonderful doctor. The staff is also very pleasant.
First appointment was great. Little wait time, Dr. Thakker was lovely and professional. Yesterday's appointment was a horror. No excuse for keeping people waiting for an hour in the waiting room. Left never seeing the doctor and won't be back. It is a shame as I think she is a good doctor but her front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Was told as I was leaving that Monday's aren't a good day to schedule an appointment. Seriously??????
Dr. Thakker is an excellent dermatologist. She has performed Mohs surgery on my husband and myself. She did a biopsy immediately and after results were confirmed scheduled Mohs surgery. She was very informative and answered all our questions. Her staff is friendly and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. Best of all she calls you back immediately when you have questions. I am a nurse and I highly recommend her to all my co-workers.
