Never got to see her . When I got there I was told insurance was inactive . I’ve had the same insurance 3 to 4 years and never had a problem. The staff was rude and I helpful. They would not speak my insurance when I was on the phone with them. Refused to use the number I gave them for my insurance to send a verification. I waited 2 to 3 weeks and have a history of melanoma so I felt the appt . Was urgent. They were sending me messages of my appt. I'm so very glad that I saw Dr. Skolnik for a terrible rash. I was able to get an appointment quickly; she diagnosed my problem and prescribed medications that are taking care it. It took no time at all for Dr. Skolnik to put me at ease. She's experienced and listens. She's very intelligent and easy to talk to. She also gave me some life-tips, which I'm adhering to, that are improving my quality of life. I highly recommend her. Also, the office staff is very nice. The waiting room can get busy but she's worth the wait.
Very happy to have seen her. The staff was busy but friendly. The small waiting room was full. However, many were older couples that went in together. Dr. Skolnik seems very experienced and knowledgeable and to the point. She went over my medical history with detail. Dealt with my issue directly and checked for skin cancer. It was a fairly quick visit and I was thankful for that.
There was a great travel film released years ago titled Endless Summer. Well with this very friendly lady the appropriate title might be Endless Appointments. She is friendly but seemingly clueless about how endless visits for something minor is intrusive and frankly insensitive. I do not know if this work is a hobby for her but for those visiting it is not.
Staff was rude and incompetent. Waited an 1.5 hours for a 5-minute visit. Showed up and lab work wasn't even there and they were unable to obtain it before being asked to leave to only to receive a call later. I took my 3 1/2 year old daughter and Dr. Skolnik was very dismissive and seems unknowledgeable as to what was causing her condition. Excellent dermatologist
She is kind and knowledgeable but i have seen her 3 times and had to wait over an hour to see her. Twice there was another person with same appointment time as me and another 15 mins later. She overbooks herself
She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was looking for an excellent diagnostician and not someone who was more interested in selling their line of cosmetics, and I found that in Dr. Skolnik.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, fast and accurate, excellent choice.
