Lucky to have such a great doctor
Really good doctor, with excellent approach treating me with dignity and respect. I miss Robert (and his knowledge and experience) tremendously, but am very, very happy with Paul. No so much with the staff, but that will never change!

I loved Robert as my doctor. I cried when I received the letter about his retirement. I gave Dr Gross a good 2 years but it just didn't work out. He was responsive to the easy stuff, what I considered more serious issues were, for the most part, ignored. I always felt rushed (is a 10 minute appt too long?) and never really listened to. Fortunately, I was able to find another doctor who is awesome and I am happy to report, the support staff is actually NICE (like Elizabeth was.)
Amazing doctor. Genuinely cares about his patients. Everytime I have been to see him, he has been accommodating and eager to learn about how my health has been. Takes time time to know you as a person, and not a number.
I've seen Dr. Gross twice in the past year. He seems very knowledgable, however, he didn't seem to really care about my concerns about treatment he suggested, which the Dr. he took over for (Dr. Vogt) did. I trust him as a Dr. however, I am a firm believer that Dr. do not always know best, and sometimes we know our bodies better, which the Dr. needs to take into consideration. I am reluctant to go back to him. He was very friendly and punctual and pleasant to deal with.
Paul is great. He's a perfect doctor to take over Robert's practice. They are both calming, caring and attentive physicians. I was lucky to have had Robert and lucky to have Paul as a doctor now.
Paul Gross is for me a great doctor and friendly.Will listen carefully your questions and very knowleagable. He is sometimes late in seeing his patients only because he takes the time instead of rushing his patients out the door. He is to be highly recommended.
I was fortunate to have had Robert Voigt as my doctor for 30 years. I never expected to be as lucky a second time ... especially with someone so young. From my experience, and from sharing with others, Paul Gross took on a heavy caseload with unexpected skill and attentiveness.
