Excellent Experience with Paul. Highly Reccomended.
I would if I could ever get an appointment to see him always booked three and four weeks in advance and I am usually told I can get you in to see a nurse-not good enough looking for new doctor-not a patch on Dr Voight Gall bladder missed because unable to get appointment with him went to emergency and then he gave me an appointment for surgery-and many more unable to see fully booked times too many to recite here
I would of thought by now he could be on time but still never is after all this time and just blows it off as unimpordent. Staff really really really incompetant. Once he's decided what's wrong is wearing blinders to any other idea's. Other doctor's there seem nicer. Wish it weren't so hard to find a new doc. I really miss Robert.
Staff comments are pretty much on par with others. If the drs would only take note. Difficult to get appointments, can take up to 2 weeks just to see him. Likely no more than 15 mins. No more than one issue in an appt. Unless you are HIV+ i wouldn't find this clinic would meet your needs. Best dr was Dr Voight until he left. Dr Gross is ok,its just not the same feel as as regular dr office. Spectrum feels like a factory office as they were on a project paid by govt on a per patient basis vs regular billing. Awesome. He is very professional, good sense of humour and listens to his patients. A credit to his profession!
I felt reassured upon my first appointment with Dr. Gross as he took over Dr. Voigt's practice. The comfort and confidence levels have only continued to escalate. I'm delighted to be in the hands of a caring and highly competent medical practitioner.
Great doctor, personable, understanding, patient and knowledgable - can run lates sometimes but nothing to blink an eye at, staff can be cold or rude, but Paul more than makes up for that. Very comfortable to talk/share with.
Paul is a year older than me so it feels like he is my peer and friend. He is patient, understanding, non judgmental and helpful. It's always a pleasure to see him and I hope he will be my doctor until I die.
Wasn't sure if it was going to work, but with time and persistence I now feel comfortable with him. I, too, am one of the "oldies," who was first with Peter Constance, then Robert took over, and now Paul, so I've been around the block. But he's so good and willing to find the answers when he doesn't know (something Robert also excelled at) and wants, always, to look for the best solution and the overall picture: the health of the whole person. Won't be moving any time soon.
