dr. hayes is very professional,but yet he is friendly also. he is a great surgeon,has several surgeries on both my shoulders and left wrist which all have been very sucessful. thanks dr. hayes for great skills.

Dr. Hayes is a very friendly, down to earth doctor that understands a patients problems. He makes sure He knows all the facts of a problem of a patient before diagnosing the problem with a solution. I recommend him to anyone who needs somebody that can listen and understands. But, also can make light of situations with fun and keep you comfortable enough that your not only have a doctor but a friend on your side.
I presented to Kings Mtn Hospital on July 31, 2017 with an ankle fracture. Dr Hayes was made aware of my xrays, I was instructed to call his office next morning. They scheduled me for same day. Dr Hayes was very thorough in explaining my options, which included surgery to repair a Trimalleolar Fracture. We agreed that would be the best option, so he scheduled me for surgery in two days. My waits have not been excessive on my follow up visits and he has done a wonderful job. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with my interaction. I came in with shoulder issues and we discussed a more serious issue I was unaware of. Thanks for taking notice and adddressing my neck and nerve/muscle issue.
I like Dr Hayes because listen to your problem complete test and give you options on your results. He never pressured you into doing what he thinks is best for your treatment. I would recommend him to anyone.
