He is a very respectful, nice and professional doctor. It shows that he cares about his patients. I will recommend everyone to come to him. Also the rest of the staff are very friendly.
My fourth visit with Dr. Hayes in the last eight months. Very knowledgeable, professional and relaxed in his approach. I travel 60 miles each way to see him. Very positive experience from a patient perspective!
Dr Hayes was quickly able to diagnose a shoulder issue that has limited my physical activity for years. He has an excellent staff and his engagement with me throughout the office visit was outstanding.

Saw Dr Hayes for the first time for a shoulder problem. Was able to do my visit paperwork electronically online at home so I didn't have to fill out paperwork manually when I got there. Everyone was professional and friendly. X-rays were done and consult with Dr Hayes who evaluated and gave me a diagnosis. He was polite and considerate in educating me on what to expect during treatment and offering options. I appreciated the treatment and would recommend his practice to anyone needing orthopedic care.
We are always greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk upon our arrival. When Dr Hayes enters the exam room, you always know you will be in good hands. Dr. Hayes always listens to my issues, and for me, has always found a solution. I personally give Dr. Hayes an A+ in all categories.
Dr. Pat Hayes is a great doctor. Listens carefully. Understands patient concerns. Taps his vast knowledge of orthopedics and provides excellence care and treatment plans. I highly recommend him.
I suffered for years with a torn rotator cuff, but I did not know how bad it was. Dr. Hayes operated and sent me for therapy. I think the world of Dr. Hayes, and I have already recommended him to several people. Sure wish he was in Forest city instead of Shelby!
