I had no problem getting an appointment and once I got there, I had already checked in online so I didn’t have a long wait time before my name was called. The process was quick and very professional among all medical staff. Abby has taken care of me for quite a while now and always takes time to ask questions and listen to my answers. I’m well pleased with the care I received during my visit.
Was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Having issues with insurance but he reassured me that we was on track with what we needed to do.
I had a menisectomy 24 hours ago and I feel amazing today. Swelling is minimal and I can put weight on it without the stabbing knife pain under my knee that I've been feeling for the past 4 months. I feel that Dr. McGonigle and his team were very concerned for my health and my injury and the bed side mannerism proved to me how compassionate and empathetic they were to the pain I was going through. I couldn't appreciate Dr. McGonigle and the team at BGO any more than I do now. Thank you
He has always shown great compassion along with great medical care. He takes his time with me and explains and and answers my questions
This doctor has seen me through my worst. I have dealt with on job injury and an employer situation that cared not about the health of my knee but my doctor did from day one. He listened to all my complaints even when he only had a short amount of time. He is patient and considerate of my difficulties. I am on the path to knee recovery and appreciate all he has done. I would definitely return to him if ever necessary.

My husband was seeing him about his knee. I was having problems with my thumb & finger. I asked him after my husband appt. Me being a recent patient of his, he did an appointment with me. He evaluated me and asked lots of questions. He is going to schedule test. Not many doctors would have done that. I have had two successful surgeries with Dr. McGonigle, he fixed my clean break clavicle then later removed the hardware. I recommended to many people including my husband.
Dr. McGonigle was so compassionate and had a plan of action for the future. Would highly recommend him.
