Doc M is wonderful. He not only listens, he explains options as well as potential outcomes of those options. He is always welcoming with his warm bedside manner. He has operated on my husband, will again, and is currently repairing my fractured wrist. He is not the only good part of BGO. The staff is also caring, devoted and knowledgeable at their profession.
Dr. McGonigle was very thorough and patient in his explanation of my condition and the options to treat it.
Dr. McGonigle could tell I was concerned about my daughter and made sure that all of my questions were answered and I was at ease before we ended the visit. He was very courteous and obviously very knowledgeable.
Very knowledgeable, polite, listened and explained well the treatment for my conditions!! Answered all questions I had in a way I can understand. Just a great guy.

Dr. McGonigle is very patient and took time to answer questions. He is very pleasant and concerned about my care. Office staff especially his assistant was friendly and helpful also. I had to have FMLA forms filed and he didn’t hesitate to have them finished for me and that was very important considering I am off work without pay until they are finished. I would definitely recommend Dr. McGonigle. He has cared for me and my mother and also got us visits on the same day so we can carpool.
Dr . McGonigle worked me into his busy schedule. Talked to me as I understood what he was saying, and made me feel important. Evaluated me and made a decision to the next step . Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Dr, McGonigle is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manners and has the wonderful ability to explain things so a lay person can understand! I’m really thankful for his help with my health problem. He is excellent!
