My wait time was minimal. My visit was friendly, professional and interested in my health. Rating from 1-10, I give a 10. First time visit with PA Becky and her assistant. They were super nice, helpful and professional.
Dr McConagal gives you his full attention, listens carefully and for me he has a nice sense of humor. Also, and sometimes equally as important as his nursing and other staff. All helpful, courteous and enjoyable to be around. When in pain you don’t need sour people and dr McConagal & staff are joyful!
Dr. McGonigle was thorough and gave very clear assessments. I would recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. M is very knowledgeable in his field. He has a great bedside manner and always gives several options to solve whatever issues the patient is experiencing. My only issue with the office in general is how much time an appointment takes from start to finish. The waiting room is minimum 30 minutes, then another 30 waiting in examination. Otherwise I highly recommend BGO!
Very professional, and knowledgeable. Offers explanation of issues and options and listens to any concerns you may have. Very impressed with the amount of time he spent with the evaluation. Very through, I would recommend him.
Dr. McGonigle front office staff and rooming assistants were very curtious despite still working out some computer issues. Dr. Macgonicle was very professional and friendly. A rare mix plus a sincere concern for finding out what was causing my pain made this a exceptional office visit. I will be referring my friends to Dr. Macgonicle for their ortho needs.
He is so professional and knowledgeable. He has a great “bed side manner” and was able to explain my diagnosis both in medical terms and in a manner in which I understood. This was our first visit with him but will request again!
Dr. McGonigle is wonderful! He explains everything about the exams, treatment options, as well as the surgery. Great bedside manner, and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. McGonigle to family and friends.
