She was absolutely lovely! Made my first experience a positive one and would highly recommend to my family and friends. Her bedside manner was one that I wish all doctors had. The entire staff from check-in to procedure were friendly and courteous and I felt completely comfortable.
Have been w/Dr. Arnold for 10+ years. I have no complaints; only praise. I wish he had more appt time available. But, like me, everyone wants the best and, he is that in all aspects. My husband loves him as well!
The care shown by Dr. Phatak was truly appreciated. While she was running behind she took a moment to assure me that she would be with me shortly and apologized for being behind.
Excellent doctor, really listens and cares. Takes good notes and refers back to them each visit. Encouraging. I am glad he is part of my team of doctors.
