Both my kids have gotten excellent care here. The office staff is overwhelmed and takes forever to return calls but we had even worse experience with the office staff at the other neurology office in the same complex. We rarely see the actual doctor but have been very happy with the nurse practitioner. Lakeland basically has two choices for pediatric neurology, we have been to both and have gotten much better care with Dr. Qureshi's.
I didn’t want them to even get my one star would not recommend them to anyone’s child especially if they have seizures u will not be able to contact them they do not return phone calls they are doing the bare minimum try to find another dr if u can because in serious situations u will be sent to voicemail and never get a call back this is one the worst neurologist in Lakeland they are only in it for the money I’m in the process of switching my daughters to another dr PLEASE IF U LOVE YOUR KIDS LIKE I LOVE MINE DO NOT GO THER... read more
The Dr. Is extremely excellent. But the staff is horrible especially front desk, when you stand at the front desk they will not offer any help and when you speak to them and tell them you need to check in and they give you the nasty look and very rude will say i have 3 more to check in. Like really, 1st say Good afternoon how can I help you....looking already for a different Dr.
I haven’t even been to this place yet but I’m already getting bad experiences. I call yesterday and left a message to schedule an appointment and no one gets back and then I call today when I’m finally off work and they PURPOSELY left me on hold until it was 4pm when they close... Already starting off horrible and I never set foot in there.
