I had a total knee replacement on Jan 26, 2021 by Dr Herrema, and 5 months after my surgery there is nothing I can't do now than before my surgery, except now I can do it with NO pain! My knee flexion is awesome and my strength and balance are almost normal. I could not be more happy or more satisfied with my outcome!!! I'm glad I chose Dr. Herrema for my surgery!!!
What an amazing Orthopedic surgeon! As a Registered Nurse I want the best for my husband but also want to assure he is in the right hands if he needs surgery & Dr. Herrema is those hands! He is not only an expert in his field & gave my husband’s quality of life back, he is also kind, attentive, caring & patient with all questions one may have! Thank you Dr. Herrema!
Rt hip replacement. If you need a hip replaced this is the man. If I could rate 10 stars he would deserve it. 4 weeks after surgery absolutely no pain and no limitations. Great experience for a bad situation. THANKS !
Dr Herrema is very skilled, very knowledgeable, & very kind, which goes a long way. My first visit with him (he was my 2nd opinion), I had a huge list of questions - he was patient & listened to each question/concern & answered all of them. Excellent knowledge and experience-very caring about patient outcome
Dr. Herrema did a knee replacement for me 3 weeks ago. Already I’m walking 2 miles a day! His office staff is friendly and efficient, as is he. It was a really good experience, both at his office and Morton Plant. I’ll definitely be back for another knee and a hip! Thank you so much, Dr. Herrema!
Thank you Dr Herrema! What an amazing experience. After limping for over a decade and only sleeping 2 hours a night it became clear I had to do something and soon. A Friend highly recommended Dr Herrema and Im glad she did. Everyone from the very first office visit to the day of surgery was fantastic. The staff here is phenomenal. I can't say enough about Mortant plant either. I can't believe I was walking hours after surgery. If you are putting off a new hip or knee don't. You won't regret it.
I just had left hip replacement performed by Dr Herrema a few days ago. My hip was bone on bone and the deep pain was crippling me. I couldn’t walk without medication sever pain and limping. At night my legs and hips would burn with aches and pains, from my hip region all the way down my thighs, sound familiar? Dr. Herrema was a Godsend. He spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining all options. Now one-year post knee replacement surgery and I am back to living a normal life. Yes, he’s young; but I appreciated that due to his knowledge of the latest techniques. He used the robotic arm and I had zero bruising. A very compassionate and caring doctor. His PA, Matt, was also incredible. I would not hesitate to put myself in their hands again.
