It was my first visit with Dr. Herrema and I was impressed with how nice and professional he and everyone in the office was.
The entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was polite and the doctor was in the room with me at my appointment time. Answered all my questions
Dr Herrema listened well and explained his findings well. He also explained his treatment plan well and gave me a cortisone injection in my knee with no pain. I really like the fact that he takes a gradual approach, rather than immediately reaching for a scalpel! He gave me a very useful referral to my physical therapist and submitted a request to my insurance company for special treatment. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. Everyone was so friendly. I felt heard and was given great information. This was my first orthopedic visit and I was a little apprehensive. The entire staff from check in to check out was incredible.
The doctor explained the situation and told me that the knee replacement is the only way to relieve my problem of arthritis in my right knee. He was very professional and I have read many good reviews about his medical procedures. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Herrema.
Tests were run and a diagnosis was made quickly. A treatment plan was agreed on. I was scheduled for a procedure. Very clear on the issue and recovery.
There was no wait time and staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Went to set up surgery.
Dr. Herrema is always professional and takes the time to actually LISTEN to my issues before suggesting a plan of action. I also appreciate that his office doesn’t over schedule, thus valuing my time as I value his. I would definitely recommend him.
