Staff has been very professional and fun for years. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
It was my first visit and I was impressed with the office design and the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff. Dr. Golpa, in particular impressed me with his knowledge, and the time he took to explain, in detail, all of my options.
Dr mike and his staff did every thing answer all my ???? They showed me former patients and their pic Tried do do things to make it more affordable The finsh prod look great but it cost a lot I hope i can put together a plan to get the monies to get this done with dr mike

To be most honest, my visit was the best experience I have ever had in any medical facility yet in my life. Your staff was kind, sharp, and careful to communicate properly to me. The facility made you feel like you were in the hands of a successful professional and the efficiency of the entire visit was impressive. It continues with the follow up so quickly after my visit to gain feedback to improve service. Very impressed and a great thank you to your staff and yourself.
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once the questions had been answered, they and Dr. Golpa were helpful in accommodating a short notice scheduling of the operation. It was done on the same day. Provision of services was excellent and went well beyond the provision of the professional services required. The organization should take great pride in their focus on customer satisfaction.
I found the environment to be in "the now" as people today rate things. The staff was friendly, courteous, and showed an honest concern for me the patient. I saw nothing "false" in their personality or how they presented themselves. The doctor exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable in his field of work but listened to me also and my desires and worked to find the best overall solution.
Dan and I are completely satisfied with the service we receive. We have no complaints or suggestions. You appear to have your business working as it should. We did miss seeing Rachael though.
