Impressed with the office staff and surroundings. Like my new look, however, left side feels to bulky, crowding and biting my tongue and inside my cheek, and speech difficulties.
Very pleasant experience with all the staff especially Nicole.
I have had extensive dental work over the years. While I consider myself a pretty good patient I still had a level of anxiety with any procedure. At Dr. Golpa's office I felt immediately relaxed. The staff is friendly and confident. Dr. Golpa is passionate about his work and listens to the patient. I have a medical background and have worked with some truly fabulous surgeons. I have very high expectations. The standard of care at Dr. Golpa's office is first rate.
Everyone was so friendly, and caring, Carlos was so friendly, great attitude and sense of humor, Kealy was very helpful and answered my questions. Samantha was great as well as all the staff. Dr. Golpa is the best in his field. No one in the office was judgmental of my bad teeth and lack of prior dental care. I did an extensive review of several docters that offered the All on four procedure and Dr. Golp stood out because of his experience, A+ rating with the Better Business and the many satisfied clients he has had. I must say that i personally am amazed at his work!!!! His staff are great and i have been treated with the utmost of respect. He took the time to explain all options and cost. I have been with Dr.Golpa Office for 5 years. I did all my implants and crown there. Mike Golpa is a very professional and excellent doctor and he works with the best laboratories in the country. I am happy with all I did in his office. I still continue to go there for different reasons when needed.
Dr. Golpa's staff is very thorough in preparing the patient for the apt. Dr. Golpa is a genius and an artist. He listens to his patient, and makes sure that we walk out with a perfect smile.
The entire experience with with Dr. Golpa and the staff was exceptional. From beginning to end and even beyond the procedure, I have been treated with kindness and concern for my feelings and my physical well being. At a time in our lives where personal service often is secondary, how I was treated was so reassuring.
