Every one was nice and knew what thery were doing
As always Dr Pankratz was prompt and courteous. He gave me his full attention and responded to my concerns.

I went looking for a more indepth exam than my regular optometrist gives but was disappointed that optometrist seems more detailed.Also was informed during the exam that they don't do eyeglasses nor do they even give you a prescription. That was part of what my insurance covers every year, so I don't feel I got a complete exam. Sure wish they had told when made appointment.
Every person who worked with me was very professional and knowledgeable.
The receptionist was friendly. Office staff are professional and courteous.
Dr Pankratz found I had an infection in my eye. He arranged for a specialist to treat me the same day. I’m extremely thankful that I went to him for help. The whole staff is top notch!!
