My visit to Dr Shields office was met with friendly greetings and an overall professional attitude by the entire staff. Dr Shields insists on a "no hurt" policy when practicing the dental procedures necessary to fix your dental issue. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.

If people do not like going to the dentist, they should try Dr. Shields and all his staff. They are very professional but they go out of their way to make you feel at ease. They are very friendly and very helpful in working with you concerning your personal care. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Whoops, I did not specify that by " treating her like a human being" I meant that the staff spoke to a seven year old as they should have, not as " just a child". It was great! She felt more comfortable because of it and responded well. Very warm environment. Thanks!

We love that the medical staff at Dr. Shields office spoke to my seven year old, Heidi, like a human being. Soooo nice to have others treat kids in a respectful manner, letting them experience conversation with professionals, because not only will they become professionals one day, they will always need the type of communication we value with others, and need to learn it now.
