We try to stay on task with our patients that have reserved treatment time but emergencies seem to come up. Glad we were able to help you and will see you again soon. I made my appointment with Dr. Shields office and I was overdue, to say the least, for x-rays, cleaning and general checkup. I was so happy to see Laurie, Jodi, Dr. Shields and to meet that sweet Jennifer! Jodi did a great job cleaning and Dr. Shields was so nice and kind as always and Jennifer helped with all my paperwork ( explaining the Quality Dental Plan), which I would recommend the plan for every single patient for two real important reasons. I really enjoyed my visit to Dr shields office. Now who says that about a dentist! The staff is friendly and they made my procedure painless. I felt right at home; I was happy to have a dentist that could do exactly what needed in office and locally! I can't express how satisfied I truly am!!!!
