Friendly courteous service. Dr. Shields and the entire staff are very friendly and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service/treatment. The new laser procedure makes going to the dentist very pleasant.

The new laser procedure makes going to the dentist very pleasant. I have been going to Dr. Shields with all my dental needs since 1988. I would not think of going to another dentist.
mr. shields is honest, caring, and does a top notch job. his staff is pretty great too.

Dr. Shields has always been my favorite dentist. He provides excellent service. I have been going to him since I was a child. He is hands down, the only dentist I trust fully to take care of the tough jobs I have needed him to do that other dentists can't. I recommend him fully.

I was in a lot of pain when i came in. The procedure (althought he did his best, was not successful at saving my tooth) did help lessen my pain. He was honest and open about the best outcome for me and my tooth. He referred me to an oral surgeon. I appreciate his candor and direct approach to my oral care.
The service provided by the stuff was great as usually the wait was alittle long. but this is usually out of the oridinary for this office.
Everyone in the office is friendly and very helpful!
