I was very pleased with the atmosphere. I am usually sort of leary when it comes to letting someone work in my mouth. Both the hygienist and the doctor provided such professionalism that I felt very comfortable to let them do what was in my best interest. I look forward to coming again and bringing my children so that we can maintain healthy teeth.
I had my 6 month check-up and they did an x-ray (without any pain from the mouth piece)and a cleaning. Very polite and caring people. Dr. Shields is one of the best Doctors you can find. Being in the military and moving every three to four years, you always have to find a new dentist. Through 27 years I have found two that are great and he is one of them.
The staff at Dr. Shields office provides very caring and professional service. It's been a long time since I have had a cavity filled and was not exactly looking forward to the procedure. Dr. Shields made this procedure alot more tolerably than any dental other visit I have had. Thanks and see ya'll in February.

Very pleasant visit I got everything done in one visit
Everyone was professional and friendly. I especially liked our hygenist. She was very personable and explained a lot. Dentist great as well, but I can't afford all of his suggestions. haha. Have a good weekend!
The service I received was second to none. It was a great experience and the entire staff was outstanding.
Pros: Great use of technology! Friendly and enjoyable staff! Good dental work so far... two composite fillings. Caring. They are looking out for their patients! Cons: Only con was when they lost their office after Katrina, but the new office is very clean, modern, and... new.
