Taylor made a last minute transfer of my root canal to another dentist promising "all the information will be transferred and ready". Nothing was ready. I had to cancel several appointments, lost a job interview and incurred more cost out of network.
Dr Missy’s office is the 1st Dental office I have ever enjoyed going too. The office has a warm inviting atmosphere and the staff was both personable and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr Missy for my beautiful smile.
I am new in Franklin. As I was driving around town, I spotted a cute historical home on Bridge St. it seems it is a dental office...Taylor Made Smiles. Since I was way overdue for a cleaning, I called and made an appointment. I am so glad that I did. What a warm and inviting place! The waiting room is like a very nicely decorated living room. I love my dentist. Dr. Missy is a very kind and professional dentist. My family and I have been going to her for about 10 years. I have some beautiful crowns that she placed. Also the hygienists in her office are the best.
Over the course of 1 and 1/2 years I have spent over $10,000 for procedures performed by the above listed dentist that has left me in the same position that I was in before I came to her. After a second opinion her work was found to be "Unsatisfactory". She does "NOT" stand behind the work she performs unless you are a patient that she likes or has plenty of money to spend. I have been a patient in this practice for nearly 15 years--I believe I am one of the first 50 patients. I have always had an awesome experience but yesterday the office went totally above and beyond for me. I have been in the process of getting an implant for nearly a year and 2 weeks ago had the final procedure. I lost the temporary crown and went in to the practice that was handling the implant. While they put a new temporary crown in place, it was far from acceptable as far as appearance goes. I was pretty much in tears ... read more
