I had the pleasure on meeting Dr. Khorsandi Gastroenterologist for a new consultation. I feel very comfortable since the moment I walk in his office. I was very please on how Juanita is the surgery scheduler is very professional, spends appropriate time with patient to explain the instructions. She also provides you with the information necessary to make your procedure happen. She provides you with availability and schedule urgent appointments on a timely manner. I am satisfied with the office !
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Juanita at Dr Khorsandi. Juanita went out of her way to get a very important paper that the insurance insisted I get to get my prescription filled. Everyone in the office have been courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Please forward my special thanks to Juanita for going that extra step. Thanks Juanita you're the best!!!!!!!
Dr. Khorsandi is an awesome ! He takes the moment on answering all the questions and concerns. He is very professional and provides with the necessary medical plan. As I walk in his office it is very clean and is a safety environment for patients. I am thankful for the excellent costumer service since you come in you feel welcome. Edlin, Yvonne and Juanita are very professional, compassion and spend the necessary time for the patient to understand the instructions.
Dr. Khorsandi is very professional and I trust since the moment he sit down and answer all my questions. I was schedule right away for my procedure and all the information was provided to me. The staff are amazing, professional and are always will to go out of there way. The office is very neat, clean and well organized. Thank you so much for your help.
Since the moment I walk into the office, I was greeted professional , was taking in right away, staff where very pleasant thank you Yvonne, Juanita and Edlin. Dr. Khorsandi is an excellent doctor he takes time on review a medical plan with me. He answers all my questions in a timely manner. I really appreciate the staff that are very professional, multi task and willing to provide with patient forms in a timely manner. Office is a clean and safe environment. I will recommend doctor to my family member and friends.
My experience was wonderful in the Glendale Office. I called on a Monday and spoke to a lovely lady who got me in to see the doc that following Tuesday. The check-in and waiting were pleasant on that Tuesday and the staff was very kind. The Dr himself was attentive, interested, comforting, and gave me a clear diagnosis term. I feel confident and happy about seeing him.

The scheduler Juanita provides you with all the necessary information for the procedure you are having and explain the instructions well. Yvonne makes me feel comfortable once she is doing her medical assistant job. Edlin is very kind and sweet since she check you in the office.
