I had a very disappointing experience at Glendale Memorial Hospital. After my procedure, I was told doctor Khorsandi would see me, but instead, his nurse said he was too busy. When I asked if I was okay, I was only told to come back for my appointment in two weeks to get my results. As a parent with full responsibility for my children, I needed at least a brief reassurance about my condition. on Jan 6th, and i prepared and showed up at the hospital only to learned that the staff did not scheduled me for the procedure a 3 day prep for nothing, the staff at the doctors office said that they left me a message on January 1st 2025, i checked all my phone records and I did not get a single phone call from them on Jan 1st or 2nd or 3 rd, o message no call to my emergency contact at all, as far the hospital staff they said they were not surprised as this is a common thing that Docotoffice does to patients, I talked to th... read more
I am really grateful for Juanita, Dr. Khorsandi and staff on assisting me with professional manner, really polite and outstanding service. Dr. Khorsandi is amazing doctor that save my life. Juanita moved fast on my oncologist referral and until now has assist me on helping me schedule appointment for doctor orders. I am grateful and will not change my doctor. They are helpful and always willing to do more for their patients. I highly recommend you come and schedule appt.
Dr. Khorsandi is highly knowledgeable and fluent in Spanish. He dedicated time to thoroughly explain the importance of undergoing the procedure. He not only screened my medical health but also took the time to be a friend and listen. I strongly recommend speaking with Juanita; she is exceptionally professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. She is also a Spanish speaker. I appreciate the outstanding work this office does for their patients and highly recommend their services.

My mom (Albina I.) has been Dr. Mehdi Khorsandi's patient for almost 3 years. He is an excellent doctor. Dr. Khorsandi has helped her with her health issues and provided the proper treatment while the other 2 previous gastroenterologists were not able to.
