I have had (am having) very regular contact with Dr Wang and his staff for a complex condition. I am very impressed by his knowledge and attention to my needs--even noting when I've seen another Dr in the system or in the hospital, he has contacted them with information important to my care. He also sent me to another specialist at Stanford, as he said, to get another pair of eyes on my case. The two consulted together to create my care strategy, and it has resulted in significant mitigation of my condition.

Called to become a new patient. First woman was impatient, didn’t ask why I called, then abruptly hung up. Called back, a man continued intake, seemed surprised I was the patient. When I said I wasn’t on meds, he said there’s a 2–3 month wait. Felt like I wasn’t worth their time because I wasn't a viable cash cow. If that’s policy, post it—don’t waste ours with cold, dismissive treatment.
