Dr.Khorsandi and Glendale staff are very polite and professional as well the surgery scheduler that provides all the instructions an contact to re confirmed . I am grateful and thankful for the treatment I have received in the hospital as well in the office.

Worst staff I have ever seen. Don't care if you have been in urgent care or have pain, unable to go to work. Didn't change my appointment and asked me to wait a month to see doctor. I found another doctor with good review and made appointment and will see doctor in 2 days.

Zero stars is not a choice.I could not get through to the front desk. They let it ring and then a recording says, "we are assisting other patients." After trying to get through on at least seven calls, I pushed the button for "if you are a hospital or a doctor." I was still put on hold for over six minutes. Ridiculous! I was referred to see Dr. Khorsandi at the end of July. The SOONEST they could see me was September 20th for a CONSULT, not the colonoscopy my primary doctor told them I needed.

After over an hour wait on the phone I made an appointment for my parents, the earlier was two moths wait! I think they based there priorities based on insurance because if I had ppo then they would give me sooner time! However, I showed on the appointment time, I was informed that they don't take LA care anymore!! I don't think this doctor is different than his office manager! very unprofessional office! Priorities concentrated on making money and not on patients heath care, no respect...

if I could leave a 0 stars I would do that. First, I couldn't contact them for 4 days as they don't pick up the phone. Then finally someone picked up the phone after 4 days and I asked to get an appointment she said the earliest is after two months and was laughing at me when I complained. They don't even care about their patients, just making money an ignore to answer any questions. This is the worst doctor's office experience in my life. Be aware and don't even call them as you are going to be

I will not recommend this doctor to anyone, because all he cares about is making the most money out of your insurance, even by adding wrongful diagnosis to your chart and creating a pre-existing condition for you.
