I had a very disappointing experience at Glendale Memorial Hospital. After my procedure, I was told doctor Khorsandi would see me, but instead, his nurse said he was too busy. When I asked if I was okay, I was only told to come back for my appointment in two weeks to get my results. As a parent with full responsibility for my children, I needed at least a brief reassurance about my condition. He was exactly what I expect from a provider; engaged, had reviewed my information prior to seeing me. Discussion was pertinent, at my level of understanding, and he respected my choices.
Amazing surgeon! Dr. Estes was professional and kind and did an incredible job on my knee. He will also be doing my other knee as well!
