Very courteous and knowledgeable.
Dr Rupert was exceptional for my first visit. Excellent bedside manor. He listened and chose the best option of moving forward for treatment for me for my intractable migraines. I am relieved to finally have a doctor who listens and uses that knowledge to help me in any way he can.

I arrived at my appointment a little early and they took me back to an exam room and I waited for 90 minutes and never saw the doctor. After an hour and five minutes I had to go outside the exam room and find someone and ask what was going on. They told me he was in with another patient and it would be about another 15 minutes he was working on some “programming issues with other patients“… I waited for a total of an hour and a half and then I left.
