Visit went well and an appointment is scheduled in 10 days for a needed injection for arthritis.
Dr Florence is very nice and professional. Very good.
I've had bone fusion surgery on both of my feet by Dr Florence. He has done a great job on the surgeries with no complications, and has very good bed side manner. I am vey satisfied with him.
Dr Florence provided exceptional care, explaining every detail of my condition and my surgical intervention. He scheduled my surgery at a time that met my need and I cannot say enough wonderful things about he and his nurse.
I had a wonderful experience. I’ve had foot problems for over 10 years and have been to several doctors in past. Dr Florence listened to my problems and scheduled surgery. I am going on 4 months post surgery and have had no complications from surgery. I am so excited to get my life back and my active lifestyle. Would recommend Dr. Florence to anyone!
In and out as quick as possible. Said I was fine. Waste of time and money.
Medicare was charged a ridiculous amount for removing a screw that had worked it's way out in my foot. 1/4" incision and 2 stitches. Could have been done in office setting but preformed in operating room. The amount charged my insurance could've been way, way less. No doubt a case of insurance fraud. I don't like giving a bad review but it is what it is.
I did not have a good surgery experience. Problem was not soled. Created another proble. Hard for me to wear shoes. Was given the option of another surgery, but am afraid. The doctor is very nice, but I could recommend him to someone else.
Diagnosis not thorough and staff did not return phone calls. Operation straightened second toe (hammer toe) on right foot, but third toe was crooked and bent under hammer toe. It could have been done in same procedure with little extra time. As is, sandals cannot be worn until the third toe is straightened, necessitating another operation of equal cost and recovery time.
