Always professional and attentive!
Friendly and professional staff at their Covington office. I was seen on time and treated with dignity. I went for a hip problem which Dr. Florence diagnosed as bursitis. I was given a corticosteroids injection. 2 days later I was able to sleep through the night! I highly recommend Dr. Florence and the staff at Athens Orthopedics.
Very caring and thorough
My appt. with Dr. Florence was great. He was thorough in explaining what was going on with my toe and gave me several options for treatment. The whole visit was simple and timely from check in to x-rays to the visit with Dr. Florence.
Dr. Florence was very professional. They actually took ex-rays on my hip, he came in and talked with me and answered all of the questions that I had about my hip. He gave me the best solution to my problem. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.
He knew exactly, immediately what was wrong!! Where my other dr didn’t! Thank goodness! He scheduled me for diagnostic tests then surgery then follow up. Great experience. The Covington office is the best place to see him. I recommend him without hesitation!! Good Luck to you.

He is very good on his job and professional in his dealings. Definitely highly recommended and that’s coming from a medical professional as well
Dr. Florence reviewed my X-rays and examined my foot which was still tender. He informed me that there were no broken bones and no indication of gout, which I was concerned about . He answered my questions and was not rushed. I would recommend and return if I have any other problems.
