I waited an hour past my appointment time. I was told the appointment would last 1.5 to 2 hours. I waited months for this appointment. It was medical. But once I went in, there wasn't a thorough background or exam done. I was there 20 minutes, felt my concerns were dismissed, no real answers, just vague replies. It was disappointing for such an anticipated appointment.
