Friendly and attentive. Dr Hammonds knew exactly what was going on with my condition. Staff was great too!
I have never in my life been treated as badly by an office manager as I was by the one ta this office. Hung up on me multiple times. Was very rude and condescending. I did use the word 'hell' once. But apologized for that and it was not directed at Scott. I tried to call back multiple times but he would just hang up or tell me to find another doctor and then hang up. I recommend DR. Mark Hammonds & his caring staff at DFW Family MD every chance i get. He has a Wonderful Physician Assistant Rachel Wheeler & an outstanding team of Medical Assistants. Melinda Alvarez RMA & Pamela Marie MA just to name a couple of them. I also need to mention Scott Hammonds the Office Manager responsible for the smooth operation of this office.

Dr. Hammonds has been my physician for several years now. It's never easy to find a doctor that you feel completely comfortable with..but with Dr. Hammonds I've found one! When I come for my appointments there is never a wait. Because my work schedule requires that I travel, being seen when scheduled is very important to me. Been seeing Hammonds for over 20 years. I generally have a very low regard for most doctors/surgeons as I have had to see many over the past decade, Hammonds is the ONLY doctor I trust. I recently had to get on Obamacare in order to get referrals to a back surgeon (hammonds doesn’t take ObamaCare), and I still pay out of pocket to see hammonds for all my medications and healthcare needs.

MS Rachel is a joy to see. Dr, Hammonds office is quick to get me in when I need and appointment quickly.
