Dr Shefkind is unfailingly attentive and kind. He answers all of my questions in an articulate and thoughtful manner. I wish all of my doctors were like him.
Great doctor and great staff
The technician that saw me prior to my examination by the doctor, was courteous and professional. I felt comfortable during the process. I get nervous at doctor's offices. So my experience was stress less here.
Dr.Schefkind is an awesome eye care doctor. He does a very in depth exam and then takes his time to insure you understand the findings. He performed my cataract surgery and it was successful. This was more than 7 years ago. I sincerely recommend Dr. Schefkind without any reservations. You will leave feeling you have been treated and any issues you may have will be monitored by him. You are left feeling uplifted knowing this doctor truly cares about his patients.
I have a fairly complicated cornea problem, which caused cataract surgery to have a longer than usual healing time. Dr. Schefkind guided me through the process and watched it carefully through the process. It was tedious, but all is well, now. The only concern I have had with the practice is that wait times can sometimes be long. However, Dr. Schefkind does not rush and takes as much time as needed when doing an exam. He is also very articulate when explaining a condition or recommended procedure.
I have great confidence in his decision and care of my situation.
Dr. Schefkind and his team are top notch. The entire process of my cataract surgery was well prepared and executed. I'm so satisfied with my vision after the surgery, I haven't seen this clearly since I first got glasses 30 + years ago.
I was highly impressed with the customer service and care the Schefkind Eye Care team provided. Additionally, I greatly appreciated Dr. Mark Schefkind, MD's candidness and honesty, I found his consultation and eye examination quite refreshing.
