Staff extremely friendly! I had a wisdom tooth extracted and did not feel any pain. Dr McCauley surely knows his business.
excellent customer service from Beverley at the front desk, made the appointment very quickly, emergency service required treatment completed in 24 hours. The staff inside were exceptional, friendly, professional and very knowledgable. During my procedure a technician, Diane, was very helpful, taking the time to explain the procedure to me. Last but not least Dr. McCauley provided excellent service and very easy to talk to and most of all little pain. Thank you for helping me.
Look no further... go directly to Dr. McCauley when you need serious dental work". I went elsewhere 1st but wasn't comfortable with the treatment proposed. Friends recommended Dr. M. before proceeding with that plan for dental implants. I'm so glad I came for that 2nd opinion! Not only did I not need that work, had I listened I would have lost my original teeth while discovering I wasn't a candidate for implants! Dr. M. explains your case in detail and leaves nothing to chance! The BEST!
While getting my teeth cleaned I found out that I needed 2 implants and several facial fillings. I was quickly scheduled to have 2 teeth extracted and to have my fillings taken care of so as to accommodate my future travel plans. In order to have a whiter smile I chose to have my teeth whitened before the new implants and fillings. Everyone was very accommodating to allow for procedures to be completed before my departure out of the country. All went very well and there was no pain involved.
Dr. Mc Cauley has been my dentist for 6 years. II had problems with my teeth that were very bad. He took care of everything. He uses up to date materials. He is very good for the sqirmish. He does not hurt. His staff is professional in every manor.
Excellent dentist. One stop, he does it all. I have had implant surgery, many crowns without any problems. I happen to be one of his early patients 27 years ago.
From the very first visit I was extremely pleased. Members of his staff are very knowledgeable and explained, in detail, what to expect when having implants done. They didn't miss a single thing. Nurses, dental assistants, office personnel and hygenists are all so friendly and at the same time, very professional. As for Dr. McCauley, he is the BEST. He's is gently and caring and will not settle for anything but the best for his patients. Highly recommend!!!!
